Church Tongue is an American metalcore band from Indianapolis, Indiana. Their music blends elements of metalcore and hardcore punk, creating an intense and aggressive sound. The band was formed in 2015 and consists of vocalist Mike Sugars, guitarists Nicko Calderon and Chris Sawicki, bassist Jack Sipes, and drummer Kyle Spinell.
Over the years, Church Tongue has released several records, including the album Hell Is Empty (2018) and the EP The Hubris of Gods Departed (2021). Their latest EP, "You'll Know It Was Me," was released on February 14, 2025, through Pure Noise Records.
