Ghost Of The Machine

Ghost Of The Machine is a melodic progressive rock band from Yorkshire, England. Formed in January 2021, the group comprises five former members of This Winter Machine—Graham Garbett (guitars), Mark Hagan (keyboards and piano), Stuart McAuley (bass, Moog pedals, and Mellotron), Andy Milner (drums), and Scott Owens (guitars)—along with vocalist and flautist Charlie Bramald.

The band is renowned on the contemporary progressive rock circuit for its irresistible melodic hooks, expansive six-piece sound, and high-energy stage performances. Their music draws inspiration from progressive rock influences such as Rush, Marillion, Genesis, Pink Floyd, and Dream Theater.

In June 2022, Ghost Of The Machine released their critically acclaimed debut album, Scissorgames, which was lauded as "neo-prog gold" by Prog Magazine.

The album was also described as "one of the best debut progressive rock albums of 2022" by Progradar.

The band is active on social media platforms, including Facebook and YouTube.

Their highly anticipated second album, Empires Must Fall, is scheduled for release on March 7, 2025, with the lead single "The One" available now on digital platforms.
