Keisandeath

Keisandeath is a Japanese rock band based in Tokyo, led by the multi-talented musician Keisan. The band's name is a playful twist on the phrase "Keisan desu," with "desu" meaning "I am" in English, inspired by BABYMETAL's use of "Death" instead of "Desu."

Keisan, originating from Akita Prefecture, began her musical journey at the age of three with piano and picked up the guitar at eleven, influenced by X-Japan's guitarist HIDE. She is responsible for composing all of Keisandeath's music, writing lyrics, and playing multiple instruments, including guitar, bass, piano, and flute.

Keisandeath's music is a fusion of kawaii metal, heavy metal, J-Pop, power metal, and hard rock, creating a unique sound that blends sweet melodies with heavy guitar riffs. Their discography includes albums like "The First" (2017), "Got in the Deep Room" (2018), and "Mother Earth" (2021).
