We proudly present to you The Luminary music video!
“The Luminary is an exploration and interpretation of the unconscious mind’s processing of overwhelming fears in a dream state. Lyrically the song visits what it means to understand and make peace with what we cannot control. Each instrument was written in a way that would add a feeling of tension and dread. The post-production adds further to that with droning tones and percussive elements that can be jarring/unsettling to the mind.” - Aïcha

Eclipsing horror breaches the exosphere
Igniting screams and flames
Gravitational shift, as the earth breaks beneath me
in this lucid dream
A deafening voice of allusion imaged in the sky
occult words of amber and deadly vapor.
Gazing upon the face of a dead luminary,
cold, lifeless, and rogue as it rejects orbit.
My fears are mirrored in the troposphere’s ash.
I fear I am empty, that I am nothing.
Overcome by the tremor of the parallax,
I have met with my inherent mortality.
I fear I am empty, that I am nothing
Disconnected, now astral body;
remote view as the dread consumes me.
A deafening voice from the sky has warned through imagery,
verily of it I shall take heed.
Implicit, the intention hidden, obscured,
to provoke a restructured way of thinking.
Celestial body sound the ending.
I tremble at the weight of your meaning.
Great orb thou hath cursed the sky,
to cease all hope and eradicate life
No greater destruction known,
a cataclysmic death your lofty magnitude has foretold.
Animate extensions of my advertence
and I, paralyzed by grief of percipience;
Further into the depths,
further into the hell
of my own unconscious cognition.
