The brand new metal band Life For Ner’Zhul releases the first track and video “The Scourge of Lordaeron” on May, 16. The creator and sole participant of the project, Olga Kann, presents a bloody story based on Warcraft lore. Stylistically, the song can be described as a mix of genres such as Technical Death metal, Symphonic Deathcore, Blackened Extreme metal. The instrumental version of this track and some other new songs will be released in the summer.
The composition covers the dark era of Prince Arthas, who is increasingly immersed in the abyss of madness and, no longer able to resist the charms of Frostmourne, surrenders to the will of a cruel fate. Genocide of his own people, patricide, hordes of the undead and an invincible plague infecting everything around. A new world order or true chaos? The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
